The work predates the company. The options archive behind Cayø Largo has been collecting since 2025, six coins, a snapshot every ten minutes, and it kept collecting while the paperwork went through. What changed on 28 May is narrower and more useful than it sounds: there is now an entity that can issue a VAT invoice, sign a contract, and be held to it.
That matters more in this corner of the market than it would in most. Crypto derivatives analytics is full of good work published anonymously, and a desk that wants to buy it discovers there is nobody to buy it from. A registered company with a named founder, a tax number and terms a compliance team can read is not a marketing claim. It is the difference between a chart you screenshot and a vendor you can onboard.
